01 General Terms

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This requires a copy of your national ID or passport and an active mobile number.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Bets placed using bonus balance must have minimum odds of 1.50.

05 Betting Rules & Settlement

The following rules apply to all betting activities on 98bajee:

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, you may use the Cash Out feature to close a bet early under certain conditions.

• If a match is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match in an accumulator is cancelled, it will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled at the revised odds.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 98bajee reserves the right to void that bet.
• If match fixing or any other irregularity is proven, all related bets will be voided.
• Maximum winning limits are set individually for each event.
• In live betting, if odds change after a bet is submitted, the updated odds at the time of acceptance will apply.

In any betting dispute, the decision made by 98bajee shall be considered final.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98bajee. Violations may result in account termination and, where applicable, legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Participating in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Depositing funds from illegal or suspicious sources.

• If the member requests to close their own account.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after the verification process is completed.
